well the hoomans are on a fitness kick (LOL) ....as they put their booties and coats on I said to Teddy go get two leads and we'll trot along with them to make sure they get back home ok without collapsing. We could do with a boys afternoon together been a while since we had one

Teddy did you really have to put that purple posers lead on? What if we meet someone if they don't realise you are a poser they may think you are a girlie

Well we all made it home safely all very nice and muddy. But we couldn't take anymore piccies cos some moron forgot to charge the battery in the little camera she grabbed on the way out for the fitness kick!

You just can't get the staff these days! But we enjoyed our boys only afternoon. We'll do it again sometime soon. But pleeeeeeeeeease Teddy get a blue lead next time?

Holly My Birthday

Hello Everyone


thank you all so much my birthday wishes. I had a brilliant birthday!
But..we had a bit of daleaster with my piccies so please forgive the quality!



My special birthday cakie was amazing...meringues filled with my favourite cream and choccie drops with 5 stripey candles in the middle on my double special meringue






This is me peeking at my cakie, and ready steady blow my candles out and make my wish.





Then the fun began my candles went out and then relit I blew them out again and they relit......



so we all blew VERY hard and they went out. As you can see they created lots of smoke and then we had a strange noise.my cakie set the smoke alarm off!

I got two hoola hoops a new special pink collar and lots of my favorite treats. I am still eatin my cream in this photo..typical

Teddy wanted to inspect my hoola hoops he wanted to know what I am going to do with them?

Silly boy ......I am gonna shake my boolie of course. Obviously I shall have to show him how!

Haven't had chance to use them yet... as the weather here is very wet and horrid..so watch this space!

This is the inside of my new collar..its a very special collar cos it's in aid of breast cancer..so I will wear it with pride!

Superviser Teddy

Well we woke up yesterday morning to an unusually cold kitchen. The night before Dad and I had a boys chat and decided we needed to turn our trusty red aga off so we could service her as she was not maintaining full temperature. We suspected she had a problem somewhere. So tools out and off to work we went.........

My job was to examine the burner once it was removed......

Then we had to strip it down (some of our aga servicing tools are very technical... a loo brush, a toothbrush and also a pastry brush)

Makin sure the temperature gauge was showing cold..cos the AGA gets very vert hot and we did not want any burnt paws!

Sizin up the jobbie and the state of the burner box ...

We are very strong and between us we lifted the boiling plate out. We needed to hoover the inside where it lives cos it was FULL of soot (which I know it shouldn't be!)

Hmmm now wheres the switch for this thing then?

This is the inside of the burner the black crusty bits are clinker..carbon from the fuel, horrid waste which was blocking the fuel pipe and causing the problems.

As you can see we used lots of thingies..I am very good with the drill! We put new wicks in the burner.Thats the burner back together!

Yep clean and ready to go back in.

Burner back in place. I helped reconnect the fuel supply..just makin sure we have no leakies

I whisper instructions in Dads ear to keep him right as he lit the burner ....

Checkin we have a flame? Yep we do!

Finnished with a polish of the lids. Dad job welldone me finks says Teddy !


The proof of the pudding will be in the YORKIE PUD on sunday!!!! said the rest of the thuglets.

Conclusion our lastest oil delivery whist very expensive was inferior in quality. Pawed a note to ring the oil company!

1. I am an absolute “Clown” by nature. Terrific sense of humour. LOVE to make people laugh and I am extremely intelligent!
2. I live life on the EDGE! Ever ready for adventure and always in the thick of things.
3. I HATE the grooming table with a vengeance and turn into a MONSTERDALE. For those who don’t know when the new “very expensive” electric table arrived I was a wee lad within 24hrs I had stripped the wiring system into 100’s of bits of coloured wire and disabled the electronic remote. So after my display of electronic excellence and Dad managing to repair it..don’t think warranty applied!
4. I LOVE my time on “my grooming mat” on the floor with mum lots of cuddles.
5. They say I am aptly named Teddy Webb Airedale Terrier. (Apparently the first letters spell a word). I don’t know what this means?

We just want to say a HUGE THANKYOU to everyone for your kind thoughts and words at the loss of our lovely Ellie.

It really has meant such a lot to us to feel the warmth and support from so many. We can't actually put into words or describe how it has felt.

The last 48 hrs has been so very hard to handle and we are still very raw. It never gets any easier saying goodbye to a much loved family member. No matter how many times you experience it. Our dogs always let us down,they never live long enough.

Aunty Ellie (as she was known by the other thuglets) was a ^very special girl "with the most lovely nature and personality. She always made us smile......

Whilst there are 5 thuglets in the kitchen......... Ellie is missing!

Ellie had her own corner in the kitchen with her bed, the other thuglets, always respected her corner and bed. They are taking it in turns at the moment spending time there which is lovely as we hate to see the corner empty. We did try moving things around yesterday - but we all hated the new look. The thuglets looked at us as if to say "NO WAY"... so back the bed went.

Went shopping and found ourselves standing infront of the macaroni cheese and creamed rice pudding thinking must get some for Ellie. Last romp in the darkness before bed we always count the thuglets in 1 - 6. Yes we got to 5 and thought where are you Ellie? Then you remember!

We know in time the hurt will start to lift and we will remember the goodtimes, we are so fortunate we have many to look back on.

The Thuglets are getting lots of extra TLC and bonios at the moment.

We miss you Aunty Ellie you taught us so much!

Very Sad News

Today we had to say goodbye to our beautiful lovely Miss Ellie

Ellie was not herself and stopped eating. Briefly she had kidney failure and this morning we had to let her go over the Rainbow Bridge.

She was a gorgeous little lady that brought such joy and fun into our lives when she came to live with us 7years ago with her mum Hannah.

Run free our beautiful Ellie with the wind in your face!

We loved you to bits Ellie and are priviledged to have known you.

This monstrosity called "a saw "started life as a box of pieces last week. Built with the help of Teddy after pouring over a book called" VERY ******* *********** ****** stupid intructions" (the ****** are for the bad words!) it turned out to be an electric saw.

Teddy did hope it might be a rocket for him!




Teddy & Alan spend hours looking at it in wonder going " zzzzzzzzt zzzzt zzzzzt zzzzzt"! (sounding like a saw).


Gowd help us when it's plugged in..if Teddy has anything to do with it we all fear for our lives never mind paws,legs and tails!
